Brand New Lil Mynx Rotator 45mm Pole
Posted by HollyVictoria on February 29, 2012 at 4:02 pmHi Everyone,
I'm selling my Lil Mynx rotator pole. The reason I'm selling it is because I didn't measure my ceiling correctly, and it's too tall!
I'm asking $300 because I paid almost $500 for it with shipping and taxes.
It comes with all the accessories, the non slip floor pad, hand grip, and the correct drill bit for installation too.
I am in Canada, but will ship it.
Please message me, or email me ho*******@***il.com if you are interested!!

Like polefairy said, it's possible to cut the pole down a little. How much taller than your ceiling is it?
-
Sensualscimitar, My ceiling is 7 feet and the pole is 8-9 feet!
PoleFairy, I have looked around to see having it cut at home depot etc but no where can cut it for me because of the thickness of the pole!

You should look for a steel shop/ metal shop. They would have the proper equipment to cut something like that. Contact Randy at lilmynx and ask him what he suggests you do.
-
Although the pole is 2in in diamater, it's not solid so it's pretty easy to cut. We did ours with a regular hacksaw. Call Randy and I'm sure they can take care of it, or tell you how.

Hey girls,
I did contact randy and he said the best idea was just to sell it and get a new shorter one made
Good advice though -
wow thats kinda crazy because i bought a lil mynx rotator, i specified the size online for 7in and they sent me a 8-9, and they had me return it and sent me the right size! maybe because it was their fault because of the defect in the site.

also my lilmynx rotator with shipping and all was only 300! but im in USA maybe thats the difference?

and idk about cutting it yourself, it has a special top loader for the ceiling base and tension so you couldnt cut the top, maybe the bottom tho, i havent seen if the bottom base comes off

hey Rixi, yeah i'm in canada, so it was 299 for the pole and 100 for shipping plus canadian taxes. i think it came to 480 something
i don't think i can cut it myself because it has two poles (an inner and an outer), and the bottom base doesn't come off (of that i can see!)
