Excellent work people! I am a bit behind, going to do a mash up of day 7 and 9 tonight :). Did my abs and got sidetracked into a freestyle this morning….

Way to go everyone! I missed yesterday due to working 2 jobs and going out to dinner to celebrate hubby’s promotion, but I did Day 12 today and I feel great. I did so much better with the hard core warm up this time through, and added some twisted grip hangman attempts at the end. My shoulders feel so strong, I was sooo close to being able to get my feet of the ground I could taste it.

Polekat, I fell off the bandwagon. Life got busy. I’ll try starting (again) with you next week. Hopefully I can keep up with it this time.

Did day 14 today. I’m feeling so great, didn’t even feel like I needed a rest day.
I used to honestly believe that there was no way I could workout everyday. But this program has helped me see that I CAN make the time to do something. It took 18 days to do 14 workouts but I think that’s reasonable. After the 30 days are done I hope to continue on making time for a daily workout. Even if it’s just 30 min. In less than 3 weeks I am feeling noticeably stronger and feeling less sore than I used to after working out.
Thank you Veena! -
Thank you Dustbunny! That’s was one of my goals with the 30 days. My hope is everyone can see workouts can be effective and fast even daily as long as you plan right! You also don’t have to workout to the point of being terribly sore for days. ðŸ‘

Yay think am more or less back on track. Day 9 done, day 10 tomorrow.

These workouts are very well done. In one week I see improvement on my pole from doing the daily ab challenge and the start challenge.
Day 11 done. 🙂 -
Busy weekend slightly behind, still to catch up day 11 & 12 which I’ll do tomorrow or maybe later this evening. Hope you all had a lovely weekend.

Oh maaaaaan, I’m so rubbish. I’ve totally fallen off the wagon. I need to get into a routine with this and build it into my day. My knee has been REALLY bad too so I’ve been so limited to what I can do. I’m starting afresh on Wednesday with @I polekat I and the others. Sorry for letting the side down guys. Promise I’ll work hard at it through October xx

Aaargh! Polekat and AllysonKendal, I started this yesterday!!! I had a frustrating 10 days, no one could come and help put my mirror up last weekend, so my pole was down… the foam roller I ordered went to the post office depot and my bike didn’t start!! Working on a hard routine for a comp and it’s going flat-shaped, humf… Anyway… mirrors now up, pole’s back up, battery changed and motorbike running and I have my foam roller! So I thought, stuff it! I said I’ll do and I will and I started yesterday even if it’s the end of the month! Join me if you want!

Hello! Well it’s been tricky doing the 30 days with no pole, but i do what i can and skip the rest then fill in with a something that works on the same muscle group 🙂 but really the 30 days had been good to remind me I can quickly Get some exercise in. Plus both my kiddos started school so now i have some time to create a schedule for myself instead of fitting in whatever at the end of the day. Pretty stoked about that! Also i believe a yoga hammock needs to be in my life!!! Hung and played in one last week and oh my i see what all the fuss is about YUM!!

I agree @lula geddes I was one of the first people down for the challenge but I just didn’t make time to follow thru. I had some free time yesterday and since it was the start of a new week, I just went for it. Cant worry where everyone else is at. I’d hurt myself trying to catch up a this point. The plan is to take it one day at a time. Look at the plan, estimate how long it will take and fit it in! Glad I have you ladies to keep me accountable.

Wedding shower, work and school work this weekend so Friday was day 5 & 6, Saturday was day 7 and I wasn’t able to squeeze anything in yesterday so I’d like to get to day 8 today but I’m in the middle of remodeling my room to look like a dance studio and I need to do some more cleaning/organizing so who knows but if not, day 8 tomorrow cause I never go more than 2 consecutive days without completing at least one workout since I started the challenge and I would like to keep that up

I sure didn’t feel like doing my workout today. But I did it anyway. I’m on a 13-day roll and I just didn’t want to screw it up. Besides, I just committed myself to be in the beginner routine at my studio’s fall showcase. Gulp. What have I done??? lol. On one shoulder is the little girl on the playground saying, “I wanna play! I wanna be in the talent show.” hehe. On the other shoulder is my 46yr old other saying, “Now, don’t you go embarrassing yourself and others like that, Caz.” Doh. I’m goin’ for it. WTF. I’m throwing my hat over the wall. Let the personal development begin! Charge!!!!!!

Whatever day you’re on, you’re all marvellous! I have lost track as been moving stuff round to allow recovery time with classes and training but I’m pretty much up to day 12. With some bits taken out and some bits put in and freestyles sneaking in when I should be doing Abs x 30. Never mind, let’s roll. Onwards!
Cazzz you should get a special prize for never missing a day! And well done on showcase thing!

I’m supposed to be doing Day 17 today but I don’t think it’s going to happen. I’ve had a headache since last night and I have to work afternoon shift later today. I think I’m just going to take it easy and hit it tomorrow when I am hopefully feeling better. Good luck everyone on whatever day you are on.
