Anyone ever order from Aerial Pole Artist?
I made a rather large purchase on Tuesday because I needed some workout clothes. I have yet to receive any confirmation that my items have shipped, and my email inquiring about status of order has gone unreturned. I am anxious to get my new stuff, and now a little concerned about ordering from this vendor.
Does anyone have any experience with this website? Do they usually take so long to fill an order? Thanks.

I haven't, but I had two cases where I bought something online, never got a shipment notice or anything, couldn't get ahold of the company though phone or email, but one day the items showed up. Not saying I was happy with the transaction, but I got my stuff.

Have you tried calling the number? When you emailed,did you use the contact form or email directly? I know I've run into issues with contact forms where companies don't always get the email notifications that the form was filled out.
I did a whois search on the name, anjeldust owns it. Maybe you can contact her directly?

I did call on 10/15 and she said they would check on it and email me. i hadn’t heard back by 10/19, so i called again. i finally got an email where they said they received my money, but not the list of items I ordered. They said this is the first time this has happened, yet I’m not sure why they didn’t try to contact me to resolve this on their own. I responded as soon as I got their email with a list of the items in my order. This was 10/19, and still no response. I left another message today.
If I don’t get shipping by the end of today I suppose I will have to cancel my order. I will definitely not be ordering from this vendor again.
