  All/most of her moves require contortion training.

  do you mean the pose at :26 or the sequence following that?

  if you're very comfortable with your layout (with the foot hooked) then this shouldn't be difficult, as long as you have the back/chest flexibility to get your chest behind the pole.

  Si oui, il y a un vidéo récent de Danithea, appellé "Rainbow Marchenko" dans lequel elle fait cette pose. S'il te plaît, ne la tentes pas sans l'aide de quelqu'un- la balance pour cette pose est très difficile!
