  Allegra without scorpio

  Hi everyone!

  I was wondering if somebody has tips to go to the allegra without stop by a scorpio?

  I suppose you have to do something like a hip hold but it's not clear…. Sometimes i get it sometimes no…. I guess i miss something….

  I go into mine from gemini then bring my allegra leg around. I do it at the end of my January Challenge video – around 2 minutes 55 seconds.
