Do action poles and ps ever answer emails??? I have never gotten responses from either of them…

Action Poles is actually a division of B&L Brassworks here in my neck of the woods.
Email or call the contact info listed on this site…
As for PS—its hit and miss with emails. I find it way easier to just call them directly.

I deal with a guy named Trevor in Sales there…..he is wonderful.
At least that is who I was dealing with a few months back….lol….I think he is still there.

ya, go through the brassworks email
brass fittings are their main business, even thougth personally their poles are the best i've ever danced on, not bad for a company that only does pole work on the side.
I have nothing but good to say about the company, great customer service and excellent product (though their dome piece on the top could be a bit bigger for stability)
