  30 days to….

  Hello! I just started my lessons today. I want to do both 30 days to flexy and 30 day take off, but I see that the rest days don’t match up. Should I just do one after the other, or both at the same time? Thank you!

  It’s best to choose one preferable 30 take off, this one included stretching so you’re missing out if you chose the take off program. The stretching program is just focusing on flexibility.
