The program is just a guideline, so no, you don’t have complete it, and even taking a day off is fine. In the beginning every other day is a rest day anyway, you’ll have a task of some sort, but it’s usually watching a video to prepare for the next day. There’s a lot of great info in the tips and descriptions for each day as well. I’ve kept the main videos around 5 mins or less and even the over all tasks each day shouldn’t take more then 45 mins most of the time. Again it’s just a guideline so you can feel free to stop and start when you want. You may want to re-start the program if you have 2 or more weeks away from physical activity. 🙂
