Kali, the challenges are just to have fun, no winner, no rules. You make you video and post it with ''August challenge'' in the title. Most of us will make them during the month but if you're late or want to do an old one go ahead. And remember to have fun with ithttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

Yes as long as you have August challenge in the video title it will end up in the "Just the challenge" section of the User Videos.

Ok, I've never participated in a Challenge before but I'm seriously thinking about it! I'm a bit technologically challanged so any pointers on loading the vid and is there a time requirement, is it free style? Help help help lol

When I first started uploading videos, I just free styled because I was also challenged with technology. As the months when along, I got more tech savy and every so often may edit, but it takes me a lot of time. This month is to rock out to a good song, so I would (and am) going to turn up the radio and rock one out! Can't wait to see yours echo!

Oh, dont be terrified, u will do great and we r all supportive. It is great to hear positive feedback even though we may think we didnt do the best. It also is a great esteem builder to post. It will give u confidence going forward! 🙂

Ahhhhhh my fave genre….I havent' done a challenge in MONTHS…but this speaks to me. I am a child of the 80's and a rocker chick at heart. N i have TONS of suitable outfits for this 🙂

Hi all, I am really, really new to pole (6 1-on-1 lessons) but love metal and have been using it to practice my floor work to. I have been fortunate enough to be able to have a pole at home (I am so hooked!). Will I be ok submitting a floor/dance only vid?

one of the first songs we did a mini routine to when I took live classes was "Tear Away" by Drowning Pool. I think it was a good intro to pole since I love that song and I was like "this is so much more awesommmme than I thought it'd be".
