It was a tough choice I saw a lot of good suggestions! The Challenge for the month of January is……TV theme! You can choose to dance in costume to represent the TV show you love the show can be old or new, you can use the shows theme music or not. OR you could just dance to the theme music for you favorite show without the costume! Remember….This is TV shows not movies…we can do that another time https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

I can't wait to see what you all come up with!!!!

This should be a really interesting challenge. I absolutely LOVE Supernatural. I'm trying to think what I could do to represent it aside from just dancing to the theme song. Too bad I don't have those contacts that black out the eye entirely–I could do a demon pole dance. lol

This is so weird! I just got a costume from my all-time favourite TV show just because I always wanted one! Veena, are you psychic or something? Okay, you're a mom so probably the answer is yes, lol!

I dibs Star Trek (original series–the real one)! I will start working on it  tomorrow!!!

I'm really excited to get into the community properly once my pole arrives – I think I might just have to take part in this challenge even though my moves won't be very good 😀 it'll definitely be more on the sexy side than athletic, lol. But what TV show… I haven't actually had a TV for so long!

The Big Bang Theory? Not entirely sure how I'd do that, unless I was demonstrating different aspects of physics!!

Lie to Me? Love that show, but no idea how to work that 😀

Dark Angel? I absolutely looovvveeed that when it was on! I think this is my most likely choice XD

Shows I watched when I was a kid are all pretty childish ones… which might be a little wrong if all I can do on a pole right now is the sexy stuff! Also lots of it was (and still is!) anime, and I don't know if that counts…

Ooh, I love Dark Angel. Maybe I could do a pole dance in my biker gear. It'd be interesting if we both do the same one to see how they differ.

This is going to be fun! I'm definitely going to choose something kitschy and silly–and definitely a cartoon show!

if you dont know the theme to a show, try going to thier website or Wikipedia – they should be able to point you in the right direction.

I have 2 in mind – I know by The Friendly Indians (theme to Psych) or the theme to Get Smart

I love Lie to Me, ive been hooked since first episode.  Also a man with a brit accent gets me every time!

Lol we have so many accents round here though, some of them really aren't all that exotic XD plus we have our own wars about which accents are 'right!'

yay sounds awesome! Here's a quick question: does it have to be the short theme song itself, or can it be the song that the theme song is based on? I know a lot of t.v. themes have a longer song to it. Just want to confirm that before I start working out moves. Sweet, my first challenge!

Does it have to be the actual theme song to a show or can it be some of the incidental music associated with the show?
