Sair Feeling much better this morning! Thank you. Glad to hear your 100 days is going well. I bet seeing those 3.5 lbs was gratifying.
Todays Workout of the day. (WOD in Crossfit terms)
The workout was for time the reps per round were preset.
1 Thrusters w 40lb bar – (reps per round ) 21, 15, 9
2 Pull ups – 21, 15, 9
Time 14:34 (my time wasn't great but this was a difficult workout and am just happy to have finished.)
A thruster is a squat with a barbell racked on chest and as you come up from squat the bar goes into an overhead press.

I’m back in the game. My shoulder still hurts a lot but I had an hour of pole class today and didn’t kill myself 🙂
Will probably do some Kenpo tomorrow morning! -
i have been doing some crazy workouts with crossfitters that has been a mixture of jumping, heavy lifting, body weight exercises, speed, running, serious core strength, and awhole bunch of sweating. since last checking in I have done 4 crossfit workouts, 1 day lots of walking, 1 day stretching, 1 day teaching 1 pole class

Todays WOD was
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats
20 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible
i made 8rds and 10 push up, 15 air squat, and 1 pull up. So close to 9 but the skin on my hand started to come off.

YOwza! Skin peeling SUCKS! PUlls ups! I need to start working those! Congrats on those! they're hard!!!!
I'm workin on the booty "shelf" and lower abs….i'd like a booty like Jamie Eason's…. Please!?!??!?!?!

Today's work out is Shoulder, back and abs. with a Pole jam to top it off tonight.
6inch heels are killing my calves 🙂
This is also week three of the Eat Clean Stripped plan andddd i'm about 5.5lbs down 🙂 yay! (mind you Easter weekend was a write off! andddd I may or may not have had some super tasty mexican food last night hehe)
