BILMAN TUTORIAL?
Posted by Carisa on July 8, 2025 at 7:03 pmHey there! Does anyone have access to a Bilman tutorial or can explain it to me? I can’t find anything online. I can do a Cocoon (from an outside leg hang) but I’m getting confused on from the inside leg hang once I grab my free leg.
Much love and happy spins <3
