I started poling 4 months ago and I feel like im all over the place. I feel like im not focusing on going step by step with learning basic moves and all because I serously dont know what the heck im doing anymore, im confused https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif . I know how to do a couple of basic spins, sit, but my question is the following. As a beginner, what do you suggest to start with? I agree with Fleur. You’ve got Veena’s lessons right here that are just what you need. They’re arranged in order of difficulty so just start from the begining (like me https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif ).
