  Can you halt-cartwheel mount on spin pole?

  I love both static and spin and wonder if this is a move us mere mortals can work on spin pole? I think I’ve seen the pros do it but… they’re pros. 😀

  I’m not sure what you mean by halt cartwheel. Do you have a video or photo as an example. Or can you explain a bit more?

  I can play with this today. My home pole doesn’t spin as well as it could because my floor and ceiling are not perfectly parallel LOL. But on the studio poles, when we can go again, this will be the perfect amount of spin I can handle. 🙂
