  Shoe question

  I’m putting together a pole routine with some cheerleader-ish moves and thought it might be fun to wear some sneaker-like shoes. Can anyone make a shoe recommendation? Something that won’t interfere with inverts or other pole tricks? Thanks!

  I like using my converse when I want a shoe, I like that they’re still light weight and not bulky.
