  X-Stage Lite A Pole

  Hello I have a new x-stage lite and the bearing unit fell off when I removed it from the package. I put it back on but upside down and now it’s stuck. Any advice? Do I need to buy a hole new pole unit?

  Please contact your local X-Pole office who will be pleased to help.

  It could be that when it was dropped the bearing unit pole entry edge was damaged. This will mean the bearing is tight on the pole.

  Please take photos of your pole and bearing unit. One photo showing the whole A-Pole and bearing and another showing the top cone of the pole bearing.
