  I would like to subscribe but having a big problem with paypal (I can’t enter a new credit card number)
  Is there another way we can proceed to payment

  Claudine, we unfortunately don’t have any control over PayPal’s operation. I can only suggest calling PayPal to see if they can help, you can usually talk to a support representative immediately.
