Hyperelastic elbows
Hello. First of all sorry for my bad english, I’m Spanish.
I have hyperelastic elbows and I’m afraid of the handspring. I tried to do it two months ago and I recorded it with my camera, when i saw the video I feel afraid of how my elbows look in that position.
¿Any tip? ¿Do you met someone with this problem who does the handspring?

Hi Cris, I’m no expert on this but can relate to your trouble, I have very mobile joints that can & will bend backwards, very painful when it’s the knees! What worked for me was focussing on not locking them out fully which can feel as though they’re still bent to you, but to everyone else they look perfectly straight, hope that makes sense? Do your elbows hurt when you do your handspring or just look alarming when you replayed the video? X
