Pump class and pole work
I’m doing a body pump class, or toner class 2/3 times a week, and I do pole training 3 times a week. My question is, is the pump/toner class enough to built pole strength? So basically my pole dance work out consist in: Warm up, then try to master a few moves and then stretch, total time: 1h. Or should I do some strength training as well with my pole dance routine?
