Not a pole dancing DVD but it will help with strength
If your like me. I hate working out, doing weights, pushups, sit-ups… their just not fun. I found the most amazing workout video. It doesn’t bulk you up, its design to give you a dancers body. Tone you. And give you an amazing figure.
I have never seen most of these moves…. they kill you. Sure you can do leg presses for days. and can’t even do two leg lifts on this DVD.
