What level of resistence are the bands used in 30 day warm up?
Hi guys,
I’ve noticed that some of the lessons use resistance bands tied on the pole for things like shoulder rotation etc. I’m just wondering what sort of resistance these straps/bands have? I don’t have any- I’ve been tying a pair of leggings to the pole and using them :p but I’ve found a heap on ebay and I’m not sure which ones would be best suited to these type of movements.
