I use to get it in my shoulders from rolling my shoulders back to much,but lower back pain i always have i can barley chopper our shoukder mount y back lifts at one point and stops and i cant get it pass that point. But i do insanity to lessen the muscles for a few days and the back pain stops only hard cardio works for me

I use to yes! It was a matter of strength, conditioning and being super aware of my posture while working out and just in daily life too! I had low back and hip pain pretty much as long as I can remember. I don’t have pain anymore!!!! I use my pole to practice holding my pelvis and spine properly. Veena I’ve been meaning to ask you, how do you train for endurance? One thing I started doing was climbing on spin mode up and down consecutively for as many times as I can. What else can I do to train endurance?

I dance, then dance some more! Usually 3-6 full length songs! 🎶🎶🎶
