    Hi guys,
I wanted to ask you a question:
In the gyms where I have classes (I have 2 gyms) they use 42 mm poles, at home I have an x-stage lite with a 45 mm pole, however I can’t seem to get used to it (it keeps feeling like the pole is to ‘big’).
Now I got an 38 mm R-pole offered but I think that might be to small.
Any polers who can tell me more about this?
I can’t get a ‘normal’ pole because of my high and very instable ceiling so If I want one it has to be a staged one…

Hope you guys can help me:)
Wishing you all lots of polefun!
    XO Mieke

I have several sizes of poles and I totally understand that feeling! I think though it’s been good because you learn to adapt to other sizes. My personal perfect size seems to be 40mm.
