  Need some help

  I really surprised myself by doing the side spin and Im pretty good with it now. Ive just been spinning til i get to the floor but whats the best and easiest move out of this for a beginner.

  I’m not a beginner anymore but to be honest whenever I do this I still take it to the floor, then just do a bit of a sassy leg flick to get away from the pole and do a little floorwork =] I think it’s hard to do much more as you start quite low on the pole anyway, so there’s not a whole lot of scope for doing anything else =] you can play around with legs positions in the spin, I often bend both legs in [like a cradle spin] and then straighten out towards the floor, but be careful doing this because it makes you spin very fast when both legs are tucked in close to the pole =]
