  I posted this pic yesterday but I guess comments on photos don’t bump it up? Anyway, I am itching to know what the name of this move is??

  I guess so! I got into it from allegra, was going for a more upright pose rather than torso sideways but unless there is some other name out there, that’s what I will call it. lol

  I would say it’s an allegra split? It also looks a bit like a tick tock? Somewhere between those two maybe 😉

  I know it as open allegra, and closed allegra is grab foot version where you have the pole across the back more
