I would contact lil mynx asap, never had an issue with my vaulted mount. Is part of your mount plastic? Mine was all metal.

The vaulted ceiling mount doesn’t fit into the pole, I know it’s supposed to be universal but…. that’s why we had to leave that plastic piece on… I seen a coupling on their site it’s all metal, that may be the piece I need! I’ll contact them thanks Veena. Btw it did’nt break anything just slipped out of place:)

ok just spoke with a rep, the mount that came with my pole 2 years ago was before they were universal 😉 whew I’m not crazy!! My old pole wasn’t a click system pole – really enjoying that about this one! So she said she would gladly help me get the universal mount at a fair price to Fix this up and yes Veena that plastic piece Should not be in there, funny how we made it work for a minute 😉 wow quickest customer service, when a lady needs to pole …! Thanks Veena

The girls at body and pole have that click system I think so they can switch between static and spin in the same dance. Basically, if you’re doing floorwok you can magically and covertly change your mode 🙂
