I bought my (thought it was 50mm but turns out its 45mm) 45mm titanium gold x pert pole a few years ago for almost 500! and have used it maybe twice, as like many others have experienced, the x joints get stuck inside because the hex screws get stuck and then stripped 🙁 Its literally been in its case in my storage unit tucked away for over 2 years now and Im wanting to put it up in my now different house but need to buy all new parts of course! so frustrating! I called and talked to “heydi” a few years back but at the time did not have the money to buy additional parts on top of the 500 already spent. I recently took it out of the storage unit (Ive honestly been putting it off even messing with it bc it makes me so angry) and now need all new x joints and conveniently on the website it says the two I need are sold out! Anyone know of any other ways I can get these parts or even if theres a better solution to this ongoing hex screw problem (Ive read other blogs where instructors have mentioned fixing the problem only to have it happen again)so discouraging since when I bought this I really did a lot of research trying to get a “legit” pole and so far its been an awful nightmare…when its up I love it but seeing as how it hasnt been an option since 2011 not sure if I should even bother with buying new parts or not? any help would greatly appreciated 🙁

    thanks!
    Megan

Hi there Megan! All you need to do is call us or shoot us an email over at X-Pole US and we will definitely help you out with parts even though it sounds like its possibly past the warranty. We want to make sure you have a fully functioning pole!
If the X-joints are not tightened correctly they can potentially rotate within the pole tubes. With some tough love you can get them out, but definitely give us a call so we can figure out what parts you need and get you back on your pole.
If you are able to send us photos that would be great too. info@xpoleus.com

    Thank you!!
