  I see this all the time and I always think to myself, “I should try that.” But for some reason I never remember it when I’m poling. Tomorrow I’m adding it to my 30 day take off workout. 🙂

  Ohhhh nice lesson! I love the exit options!!!

  Also if anyone is interested: I feel like if you grab the free leg with your hand it kind of locks you in and you can just sit there and chill. 🙂
