One-Handed Iguana Mount/Handstand
Hi everyone, I would lreally love to get comfortable enough with this move to put it into my flow. I can do a press handstand against the pole ( with a deadlift) and I can do a regular two-handed iguana deadlift from the floor. But I am having trouble figuring out how to get into the one-handed dude smoothly while finding the sweet spot placement for my free hand and where to place my legs so that I can straddle up evenly instead of tilted to my strong side ( which happens to be the arm on the pole). Any tips for working on this are appreciated! PS_ sorry I can’t access Studio Veena’s tutorials. Thanks doggie vet bills…;)
