  TOO sticky?

  Is there such a thing as being too sticky for the pole?

  I use titanium gold and each time I wrap my inside leg around it I just eventually get stuck mid spin. And ouch!

  Any tips?

  Yes, I suffer from super over grip with brass, and sometimes PC. Honestly, it's hard to eliminate too much grip. I haven't found a solution. Maybe periodically wiping your body down to get the sweat off the skin? I haven't tried it. Keep a fan on you to wick away the sweat. For me, when my legs start sweating, they get super tacky. Combine that with a sticky pole and it sucks!
