what is the foam roller used for? it's probably obvious to everyone else but me. I'm not afraid to ask a dumb question 🙂

Not a dumb question! It’s used for do-it-yourself massage. It’s like a deep tissue massage for the legs in particular, but also feels wonderful on the back. It can be a little intense and therefore painful at first, but it’s a wonderful tool to release tension in the legs and hips, especially during flexibility training. I love my foam roller! Veena has done lessons on here about how to use one. 🙂

Nah, it's not dumb and your not the first person to ask that here! You can do a lot with it, from massage, to stretching and strength. As Danielle, mentioned there are lessons here on how to use it for massage and stretching. Here's a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EPGzgRzFv4U&feature=c4-overview-vl&list=PLyXWQXP3dueofybLatPPuLCbvfSPF2oSFhttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif
