Hello ladies!!! Its been such a long time since ive had time to come on here and post videos and vent to you ladies about my pole struggles, lol. Ive just been busy with life and training for becoming an instructor at the studio i attend. Any who, lets get to the point of this discussion. So this Split Grip Aysha is willing to cooperate with me. Its not that i cant get the move, because ive dont it plenty of time, it just that my bottom hand girp is not all that great. Can anyone give some pointers for this move and grip. Thanks 🙂

I can totally relate to feeling stuck on a move even after nailing it before. I had a similar experience while juggling my own training and daily life here in the US—it’s tough to stay consistent sometimes. What helped me was focusing on small grip-strength exercises off the pole and switching up hand placement slightly until it felt secure. Around that time, I also used the downtime between training sessions to browse car insurance san antonio https://sanantonioinsurance.org/, which oddly gave me a mental break from obsessing over the move. Taking that pause really helped me come back refreshed and stronger.
