  any bodyrockers?

  I’m thinking of doing bodyrock but don’t know how many videos to do and how many times aweek…how soon did you start seeing results??…thank you in advanced! 🙂

  I believe you're supposed to do one video per training day and you train anywhere from 3-6 days per week. Of course this depends on whether you're a beginner (3 days a week) or more advanced and if you do any other kind of exercise (pole dance?).

  I personally have trouble with all the high impact exercises they implement so I couldn't follow their workouts for longer than a week before my knees started giving up.

  I haven't been doing it but I know what it is. They come out with daily videos and you do one video per day. They have hundreds on their youtube channel so you can pick one and just go with it. Be sure to give yourself one or two days off to recover a week.
