Jamilla Deville workshop
Has anyone ever taken a workshop under Jamilla Deville, if so what should I expect? She is coming to our studio June 1st and I was just wondering what to expect.

What workshop are you going to take? She is a really wonderful woman and I have taken several workshops from her, as she travels to Vegas often (and is going to work with Fawnia regularly now!) and has offered many different classes.

She is teaching four I believe. Intermediate, advanced, choreography, and pole essence. I would like to take al four but I want to make sure I can physically participate and not just watch.

Do it! I attend the Jamilla Deville Pole Studio in Sydney and Jamilla is one of the most amazing teachers I have ever come across. Take intermediate/advanced depending on your level, and definitely do choreography and pole essence. She will always give students something to work on or variations depending on their level.

Agreed! Choreography is wonderful for all levels, as is Pole Essence. Those are the MUST classes. You will gain pearls of wisdom from both the Intermediate and Advanced, but make sure you truly are ready for them. If for any reason you don't feel you are, audit the class(es) and just watch, as her knowledge is wonderful.
