anyone else out there have the love of pole but bad wrists? i would love to practice a whole hour but my tendonitis just gets in the way! im wondering if maybe there are some strengthening things i can do or stretches so i can extend my practice times! im afraid this condition will permanently limit what i can do,thanks in advance for any help 🙂

Have you discussed this with your doctor?  I think you should to your doctor about this as it is limiting your ability for activities.  Your doctor will be able to recommend the appropriate treatment to prevent injury.

Veena's got some excellent wrist strengthening and stretching  exercises right here! I have a permanently damaged right wrist and I have found them very beneficial. Also, working on grip and forearm strength REALLY helps! Good luck and go easy on them, okay?
