  First Day beginner lessons…

  Got my pole up and started my lessons today, all I can say is WOW! what an awesome workout. I've got a  long way to go but I know patience is the key just gonna take my time and have fun.

  Yay! Congrats on your first day!! lol. I'm still waiting for my pole to come in, get it set up, and start!!!
