  I finally did it!!

  I have been working really hard on hitting my Open-V and my air invert and tonight I did it! They're a little sloppy but I'm still soooooo happy with them!! :))))

  Oh and can I just say that I really think my incorporating aerial silks into my workout TOTALLY helped me to become more aware of what muscles needed to engage to make these move happen. 🙂 I can do both of these on silks with NO hesitation! But the pole was always a little tougher
