  spin dismount in heels?

  does anyone do this? I've only done it barefoot so far, but I'm scared I'll jab my leg with my heel if I do it in heels. experiences? wisdom?

  Which spin dismount?  There are 3 or 4 floating in my mind right now and I cannot see how any would result in a jab to the leg.

  LOL-it's the one where you go into a reverse handstand, V the legs, and tip hips, hook one legand push off spinning backwards. The foot of my hooked leg comes close to my straight leg. I will try it slowly in heels and see what happens. 😀

  Okay…I can see that now.  I have been surprised at how many cuts I come home with when I have been out poling with heels on.  I would make sure that the pads on the heels do not have any sharp corners.  This is generally where I have problems.  A quick emery board across the edges and corners helps.
