  davinci Hysterctomy

  OMG Im 8 weeks post surgery and Im so ready to get back to pole. Its been a year since ive poled and its KILLING ME. I was wondering if anybody has had the surgery and what advice they may have for me getting back into it since Ive lost a lot of my abdominal muscles?
