Choosing a song?
Hey Guys,
I'm taking part In a competition next year and I have been searching for music to use, but I can't seem to find the perfect one , I would be grateful if you could give me some ideas. Thanks 🙂

I had the same problem 2 months ago!
I listen to every song i could think of but none fit. I did find 2 songs that were ok, but in the end i just didn't like them THAT much. They didn't inspire me enough. Then one day, listening to some random songs via Songify, a song came on that i never heard of and it HIT. It was THE one. It was like electricity shot through me. Just like that. Ever since then I've been doing the routine for it and the song never gets old. I could hear it a trillions times. It speaks to me. I can imagine its performance. It just all falls into place.
My teacher ironically had the same problem and all i did was suggest a few songs that i thought fit her style or could see her doing. She ended up loving one of the songs and is rockin the sh*t out of it in compatition this month.So really, just open your mind and let it find you. Ask friends for suggestions. Listen to random stations on Songify/Pandora/Songza/Grooveshark. When you find it, you'll know.
