  Problem installing Xpole X-Pert

  I was setting up my X-Pert with my fiance and we got all the way through the assembly to putting the top adjuster into the 125mm extension. It wouldn't fit. He put WD40 on it and I asked him not to strong arm it, but he did and now the pieces are permanently jammed with the top adjuster only a little ways in and a little bit crooked. We can't get them apart or together without extra tools. Are my pieces defective? Do I need to call Xpole? Has anyone seen this happen before?

  Well, he was determined to fix it. So he hammered the two pieces together. I was so pleased that we were able to set up the pole, but I can tell you what… those pieces will NEVER come apart again! Haha. I guess I'll have to get new ones if I ever get a higher ceiling.
