  Chalk Ball?

  Does anyone use chalk for grip?  The kind that gymnasts and bodybuilders use….

  I do not use the ball but I use a product called Liquid Grip.  Awesome stuff!

  I think I'll try the liquid grip then, it's a little more expensive per oz. but it gets great reviews and won't be as messy as chalk.  Thanks Chemgoddess
