    Front, side, and back. Do all until each time to further your stretches. You'll get higher and higher. Alethea's DVD, the splits one-is good at showing demos of it. In Cleo's(the hurricane) workshop, she said she does a ton every week too. (She said 2000 but that is because she teaches.-not all at once, but over the week)

    You really need strength in the corresponding muscle groups along with flexibility. You should work on veena’s leg lift exercises for strength, and work on increasing flexibility.
