		Silly Question #2 stretching/flexabilityI have never been a stretcher per se, but now that I've started, I can't seem to get eneough of it! One weird thing I've noticed is that I sleep with my knees pulled way up under my armpits !?! I guess I do it because I can…I have no idea. So, silly question #2 is: Is anyone else "addicted" (for lack of a better word) to stretching or flexability training? Please tell me I'm not the only one.
