Hey everyone! so my xpole in 45mm brass just came yesterday and I love it. However, since I am a beginner and have virtually zero flexibility/upper body strength, I was wanting to try the conditioning and strength building for beginners. However, I dont have a laptop right now. Do the veena lessons come in dvds at all? And if not, can anyone recommend good dvds for beginners interested in conditioning/gaining flexibility & upper body strength? And beginner/intermediate moves? Thanks loves! 🙂

Hi! If you have a smart phone or ipad you can view the lessons there as well. I do not have any of my lessons on dvd.
