Problem w/ Video Lessons on IPad???
I’ve been trying to view the free video lessons on my iPad but have been unable to. When I click on the video (either of the 2 free ones), a black box opens up but no picture or sound. 🙁
I would like to see the videos before i purchase a subscription – but I guess there would be no point if they’re not viewable on an iPad because that’s all I’ll be using. Is this a tech glitch, am I using the wrong program? Please help

You should contact webmaster directly about this…I know SV is viewable on IPad, so I am sure he can help you out. There is a "contact us" at the bottom of the page. Hope it gets sorted out for you!

Actually, yes I did. I emailed the tech team at sv w/ the issue & they responded rather quickly. They said they had found the glitch & fixed it.
The videos have been coming out just fine on my iPad since then.
Maybe you should contact the tech team directly, like I did, thru the “contact us” link at the bottom of the site. Hope this helps!

Is it just the preview videos that aren’t working? Once I paid it worked fine.

Yes it was the preview videos. I wanted to see the lessons before I bought them but decided to just buy them and hope it would work on the other lessons and it did. Very happy!
