A lot of dancers stuggle with the strength needed for the Inverted V for a while. The upper back (traps, lats rombs), bicep and abs are all used heavily and you have to pull up against gravity. The Reverse takes less strength in those areas because gravity is your friend, your not lifting anything but opening up and holding position…..you do however need shoulder/scapula strength and flexibility for the bottom overhead arm and a good grip with the upper hand. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif
thanks Veena, for articulating what seems 'easier' about rev. inverted V. That explains why I've done that one but not the inverted V, I'm way too scared. LOL.
