Position Description
Title: Pole Fitness / Flexibility/ Sensual Movement Instructors
Qualifications:
We have only been open 2 months and we're quickly establishing ourselves as the Hottest Pole Studio in New Jersey! The candidate must have experience with pole dancing/exercises. Must be able to perform all movements in routine and lead a class/party for a minimum of 1 hour. Must be energetic and nurturing, non-judgemental with a willingness to engage and empower clients. Because are we are new studio pay will be based on class attendance, we can also offer you a free membership to our studio. We are looking for someone willing to grow with us…as we excel you will also in class bookings and compensation. This position is good for any instructor or experienced pole dance student looking to stay active and establish themselves/clientele in a new area. * A dance background is not necessary.
Desired Qualifications:
· Previous experience teaching dance/pole classes
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Design creative fitness routines incorporating floor and pole movements
· Knowledgeable of client’s needs & strengths during their class experience
in order to empower and motivate clients
· Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Must bring music and have it prepared for class
· Develop warm up and cool down techniques for each class
· Must maintain a safe and encouraging environment
· Model sensual, confident feminine movements and ideas
· Maintain ongoing open communication with staff and participants
