x pert screws
Does anyone know if the screws for the xpert can be bought at the hardware store? Mine are SLIGHTLY stripped, and I'd like to be able to buy a set of them without having to pester x pole.

No they can’t. The screws don’t have 1 direction of thread. You can get the screws from x pole, but chances are they will try to tell you that you must by the full x-joint. Call customer service!

Ive had the same problem in the past. Call customer services and they will send you some out free of charge. I'm sure the new ones they sent me are better quality too as ive not had any problems with the new screws.

I had the same problem with the screws of a X-Joint and wanted to buy new ones. I showed them to my dad who owns a garage and to a friend who is a tool expert and no one had ever seen those screws or knew where to get them.
I wrote an e-mail to Stacey from X-Pole UK about my problem and she directly sent me a completely new X-Joint free of charge.

I'm not talking about the xjoin screws. I want the screws that you can actually remove from the a pole. There are 5 of them. The 3 that you tighten after tightening your pole to the ceiling and the 2 that keeps your pole from spinning. They are the tiny screws that you use your little hex key with. I need to get new ones of those. They are stripping.

Then yes, those can be found at a hardware store. I believe they are an M8 size. Take one out of your pole and take it with you when you go to get the replacements.
