Hi everyone!!! I just wanted to let everyone know that X-Pert is holding an instructor certification session in West Palm Beach right after the Pole Convention.  It will be at the West Palm Beach Marriott on Monday June 13th and Tuesday June 14th.  Below is more information about X-Pert, and you can also visit http://www.xpertpolefitness.com/ to sign up.

Whether you've been teaching pole fitness classes for some time now or you're just getting started, registering for an X-Pert Pole Fitness professional training is one of the best moves you can make. The first and only program of its kind, our 2-day, 16-hour training is accredited by AFAA and ACE – the top fitness certifying organizations – and endorsed by the PFA.

Co-developed and lead by top professionals in the fitness industry and pole community, including Kyra Johannesen, Marlo Fisken, and Michelle Stanek, the X-Pert Pole Fitness training breaks down each section of a pole fitness class to ensure that participants of all fitness levels can experience the class in a safe and effective manner.  With X-Pert, you'll learn everything you need to know to deliver the best pole fitness workout possible, from the most basic of concepts like how to properly setup a pole to dance choreography to exercise science.

Plus, you'll receive 1.6 ACE and 10 AFAA continuing education credits, a detailed Instructor Manual with complete photo library of pole maneuvers and comprehensive class outlines, a free X-Pert tee, and special pricing on select X-Pole product

If you are going to Pole Con or already live in the wonderful state of Florida, you should sign up! It's a really worthwhile investment. It's an effective, valuable, fun and informative program that will take your teaching skills, studio and students to the next level. For more information go here: http://www.xpertpolefitness.com/

In related news, I am also starting the process of seeking to travel and bring my unique pole dance workshops to studios across the country (and the world?!) so, please contact me if you are interested. Thank you! -Michelle

Hi Michelle. I am going to take this certification. Are there going to be any before the convention instead of after?

Er. Um. One of my instructors was logged in here instead of me- Sorry Roxy! I wanted to take this class sooner and saw the dates for the Convention but was curious if there is anything before the convention instead of afterwards. I couldn't find the page and I see now that it actualy isn't offered before like I thought I saw earlier. Lol. Sorry Michelle!

    Hi Michelle,

I'd love to join the Xpert training program in early 2013. Is there any in California or a neighbouring state where I can drive to? Thank you.

I too am interested in xpert teacher training in the los angeles area in 2013 but haven’t gotten a response from xpole or Lauren on the subject. Any insight? Thanks!

I saw on FB that Kyra, Marlo, and Michelle are no longer affiliated with the X-Pert training. That may have something to do with the long response time.

Hello! Yes, unfortunately, founders Kyra, Marlo and I are no longer with the progam. Although that shouldn’t mean you do not receive responses. We hope to work with you again someday soon. Happy poling!
